Welcome to Prairie Construction Co., Inc.’s website.  Prairie Construction Co., Inc., located in Waterloo, Iowa, is a merit shop general contractor that has been a building leader in the Cedar Valley since 1921.  We are primarily a commercial, institutional, and industrial contractor serving clients in Waterloo and surrounding areas. 

As a general contractor we can provide you with construction services including general contracting, construction management, design/build, and development.  We are also a Star Building Systems dealer and erector, fully capable of meeting your metal building needs.
