WHO WE HIRE:

Project Superintendent

Highest authority on the job.  Duties include: scheduling manpower and equipment, ordering material, overall supervision and direction of the project and site.

Equipment Operator

Duties include: safe operation, maintenance, and inspection of cranes, excavators, backhoes, end loaders, forklifts, skid loaders, and other construction equipment.

Craftsman

Must be highly skilled in one or more categories of material application and capable of assuming some leadership responsibilities. (Exp. Carpenters, Welders, Iron Workers, Concrete Finishers)

Skilled Worker

Is a person having skills in one category of material application and who is learning skills in at least one other category. (Exp. Truck driver, Rough Carpenter, etc.)

General Construction Worker

Will range from a totally inexperienced person to one who has a thorough knowledge of building materials and operations, and may be learning more advanced skills in applying materials. (Exp. Laborer, Helper, etc.)
